Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Ibis Styles, I came to appreciate not just their spacious rooms but also the culinary offerings that truly stood out. One delightful morning, I ventured down to their breakfast, which showcased a decent assortment—from a traditional Full English to a quick European pastry. It was a nice way to ease into the day. What really captured my attention was the transformation of their tropical-style bar. By day, it was an inviting spot to enjoy a refreshing drink, and as the sun set, it suddenly became a lively hub perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploration. While I wasn't able to dine on-site for evening meals, the proximity to Christchurch Road offered a wealth of options. From local eateries like La Piccola Italia to quirky cafes and individual bookshops nearby, I was never short of choices. The staff, particularly Adi, were helpful, offering suggestions and directions, which made my culinary journey easier. I found the experience enjoyable, making it a reliable base for any food enthusiast exploring the area.
